This User Agreement (referred to hereinafter as the "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for using the spaceofmind.fi web service (referred to hereinafter as the "Service"), owned by Space of Mind Oy (referred to hereinafter as the "Service Provider"). By completing the registration process or ordering product(s), the User agrees to this Agreement.

The Service Provider grants Users a limited license to access and use the site for personal purposes, and prohibits downloading (except where explicitly invited), duplication, sale, or modification of any portion of the site without express written authorization.

3.1. Users may register by completing a registration form and selecting a username and password. Registration requires providing a real name, address, phone number, and email. Institutional and corporate customers must also include their trade registry number and VAT number.
3.2. By registering, the User warrants they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
3.3. Users ordering on behalf of a company warrant they have the authority to bind the company to this Agreement.
3.4. Registration is free of charge.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Users accept responsibility for all activities conducted under their account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their password.
4.2. Users warrant the information they provide during registration is true and accurate.
4.3. Users warrant they are at least 18 years of age.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. The Service Provider is committed to respecting User privacy in accordance with European Union data protection and privacy laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Ordering and Payment Terms
6.1. A binding sales agreement is established once the User receives an order confirmation email that confirms product availability and estimated delivery time.
6.2. Payment must be received prior to the acceptance of an order unless otherwise agreed.
6.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.
7. Product Prices
7.1. Prices are displayed in EUR and are determined at the time of ordering.
7.2. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout.
7.3. Prices include VAT for EU countries but exclude taxes and duties for non-EU countries, where applicable.
8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination.
8.2. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination.
8.3. The Service Provider arranges delivery through trusted partners. Space of Mind is not responsible for delivery times or events occurring during delivery that may impact the product.
8.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver ordered products separately.
8.5. The Service Provider takes responsibility for loss or damage to products during delivery.
10. Changes to the Service and this Agreement
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Service, policies, and this Agreement at any time.
11. Jurisdiction and Settlement of Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Finland. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiations; unresolved disputes will be handled by the Helsinki District Court.
12. Language of this Agreement
This Agreement and all related documentation are provided in English.
