The future of micro hospitality

It’s not just a cabin, it’s a complete ecosystem for hospitality

Each Space of Mind cabin arrives fully assembled on site via truck or helicopter and it can be easily installed with minimal disruption to its surroundings. With Space of Mind, it is now possible to open a bed & breakfast in even the most remote locations.

The exterior can endure even the harshest of Nordic weather conditions. To make sure that Space of Mind seamlessly blends into the natural landscape around it, we offer several exterior material options and can help you choose what best suits your location.

The Space of Mind cabins are built by skilled craftsmen at a state-of-the-art factory in Halikko, Finland. While maximizing functionality, the bespoke nature of the cabin offers the flexibility to create a space that meets a variety of needs and preferences.

All the integrated storage, furniture and equipment have been uniquely designed and handcrafted for Space of Mind. They simply slide into the structure of the wooden frame and lock into place. In addition, all materials have been sustainably sourced from local producers.

Space of Mind can be either be directly connected to the grid or available as an off-grid solution for more remote locations. Solar panels provide enough electricity for lights and charging devices whereas heating for colder nights is provided via gas.

Booking

For guests, the Space of Mind experience already starts at home. When leasing a fleet of cabins, we offer an integrated booking platform unique to Space of Mind that ensures that the customer path is consistent – even the smallest bed & breakfast will be as convenient to book as a five-star hotel.

Check-in

The check-in is automized with keyless access to Space of Mind. Guests can arrive at the time that is most convenient for them, and you, as the host, don’t need to be physically present to let them in. It’s a seamless system intended to make everyone’s lives easier.

Check-out

When it’s time to check-out, the process is similarly automized with a checklist to ensure that the cabin is left in good order for the next guest. Once checked out, it’s not possible to re-enter the cabin thanks to the connected keyless access system.

Review

The customer journey doesn’t end when the guests have checked out. It’s a time to reflect on the experience, share it with others and already start planning the next trip. All made possible within the same online platform.

Resort Development

Space of Mind in practice.
Archipelago village is located on a small Finnish island that was created during the last ice age. It consists of a cluster of rest-spaces with the addition of a wellness-space, sauna-space and three dry toilets. Since there’s no electricity on the island, the cabins are fitted with solar panels for the lights and charging your phone. Even when the nights get a bit chillier, the cabins are heated by gas and remain in use, lengthening their season.
