Will I be able to get a full refund if i decide not to buy the cabin after all?
Full refund is possible, if order is canceled 14 days after the initial transaction. After the cabin has gone into production, you will not be able to be refunded the reservation fee or the 50% up-front fee we charge before commencing production.
What happens after I've paid the reservation fee?
After paying the reservation fee, you will be contacted by our sales team to book a design meeting, during which the total price might become higher, based on your selection of extra features, transportation and location of your cabin. We will not commence production before you have paid 50% of the total price, after which you will pay 50% upon delivery.
What will determine the final price?
Your selection of extra features such as electricity, storage, heating and additional interior features, such as furniture, privacy features and other customizations.
How much is the transportation and installation fee?
Transportation is always calculated case-by-case but a rule of thumb inside mainland Finland is approx €1 500.00 EUR for land transportation to locations with road connection and €2 500.00 EUR for helicopter transportation to remote locations.
I live in a country far from Finland. Do you deliver globally?
We deliver globally, with some restrictions. Please check with our sales team if your location is outside the European Union (EU).
If I pay today, when will I get my cabin?
Based on your selection of the production run, it will take approx 6-8 weeks to deliver and install after production starts. So if production of your cabin starts in July 2021, you should have the cabin delivered to you in September 2021 at the latest. Selection of extras or customization might impact these delivery times. Check with our sales team if you need assistance.
